Inhabit Membership Terms


‍To begin a membership, you must provide us with a Payment Method. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account with a third party. We use Stripe for our payment handling and all information is securely stored with Stripe. We do not have any access to your billing information. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until terminated. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid account charges for the next billing cycle. Account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for partially used months or years, as applicable.If your card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of Inhabit means you remain liable for any future failed payments. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.

‍Service Information

‍Part of the Inhabit service is providing information and education around environmentalism and sustainability. As part of this service emails will be sent to the registered emails of Inhabit members. Emails of this nature can be unsubscribed from within the email but these will be sent as default.

‍Cancellation and Refunds

‍Your Inhabit membership can be cancelled at any time. You will be able to access the platform for the remaining time left in the billing cycle. After this you will need to resubscribe. To cancel, go to your profile page and click through to Settings. Follow the instructions to cancel at the bottom of the Settings page.Your Inhabit membership can be cancelled at any time. There are no refunds related to timing of cancellation. I.e no partial refund based on the time cancelled in relation to the billing period. In the unlikely event that your account is cancelled due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, you will not receive a refund for the remaining lifetime of the billing cycle. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund or discount to some or all of our subscribers. The amount and form of such refunds and the decision to provide them are at our sole and absolute discretion and does not obligate us to provide such refunds in the future under any circumstance.


‍To use our Services, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to our Services until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.


‍Inhabit currently offers subscription plans in GBP only. In the future local currencies will be added but for now, the exchange rate used to convert to GBP will be the standard bank rate of your current provider and something we have no control over.
