Uncommon

A shared workspace with climate at it’s core.

As Uncommon's climate partner since 2021, we initially supported them to measure their carbon footprint across the business and identify ways to reduce their climate impact. Uncommon's enthusiasm and ambition to create truly sustainable workspaces for their communities across London soon saw us collaborating on an exciting range of projects.

In 2022, we launched Uncommon's industry leading ESG strategy that set bold targets, including the reduction of emissions across the business, increasing building efficiency, promoting diversity, health and wellbeing for staff, and supporting members on their sustainability journeys. Central to the strategy was the development of a supplier code of conduct that ensures their supplier network espouses the same values as Uncommon and can be supported wherever possible. In 2022 Uncommon became carbon neutral, certified to PAS2060, an achievement that truly reflects their intention to reduce their climate impact.

This is just the beginning, and we continue to work  with Uncommon to drive positive impact for the climate and their key stakeholders. In 2023 alone we'll support Uncommon to become a carbon negative business, set a verified SBTi Net-Zero target, achieve BREEAM building sustainability certifications across all their assets while continuing to measure and reduce their carbon footprint.
