Our team members have been instrumental in implementing and guiding sustainable building design and construction for the retailer in their flagship stores in the UK and Europe.

IKEA Greenwich is the highest BREEAM rated retail building in Europe (BREEAM Outstanding, 90.4%), with an ambitious and complex sustainability strategy, knowledge of implementing BREEAM in construction was key. Our BREEAM AP successfully guided the Principal Contractor; advising on compliance, environmental performance, community engagement and led on sustainable construction methodologies on-site.
